I needed an image to change the attitude in my room. Down the Rabbit Hole was perfect. I was spending a lot of time there and I had a lot of reds and warmer colors because it was winter and that always warms up my space.
I started at the bottom because I wanted to capture the same perspective as the water in Terminal Intensity #1.
The primary color here is thalo blue. I mixed in sap green and alizarin red to give it a deeper color range. Some parts are more green and some parts more red in the painting. This photo does not sow that at all however to a trained eye and in person you can see the subtle color changes. |
