I waited for a day that I would get plenty of natural light and set myself up in a safe, ventilated area, keeping in mind that I have the small camp stove with a flame that is burning. So, I had to be very careful with all of my materials. I used a wire collinear to strain all of the excess bee parts and other remains once the wax was melted and then I started to mix the powdered paint with the strained wax into a cup in the biscuit pan that is on the stove. The color blended perfectly and I was pretty excited. I had once tried to mix the powder with linseed oil because I didn't really know what the powered paint was intended to be mixed with. |
