If you are a student and have a project I am willing to answer questions you may have. I have assisted in many different kinds of projects online. Some students need specific information and some have just requested that they be allowed to use my art for a presentation or try and re-create the piece itself. One student used one of my paintings and recreated the art onto a pair of shoes. |

I had the opportunity to be a speaker at Career Day at Hewes Elementary School in California in 2007. I had brought in 3 of my large pieces and made a day of talking to the students about being a working artist. I had a presentation prepared with an active question and answer period. I passed out photos of my work for the students to keep and overall it was a very successfully day.

In 2008 I had the opportunity to set up a table and demonstrate how to create box sculptures using mat board and a hot glue gun. Kids could hold the pieces without worrying about breaking them and I could see the imaginations opening up while they saw how the art was constructed. it It was an activity that the Corona Art Association, CA had with in coordination with the County of Riverside, CA Corona Library. Many other artists set up their works. There were paintings, drawings and other kinds of sculptures to view. |

On this website one of the animations I have posted is on 3 point perspective. It clearly demonstrates how a three point perspective is applied. The story behind that is that i was trying to explain to someone that I had started a conversation with about the piece I was working on while we enjoyed sometime on an airplane.
